Never Let Me Go - Kazuo Ishiguro

I had read The Remains of the Day because I picked it up on the 50 cent Library Sale bookshelf and I thought I'd think it was OK, but I actually fell under its spell while I was reading it and ended up loving it and vowing to read more by the author. I finally got around to reading this one and was not disappointed - it was similarly hypnotic and engrossing. The premise is intriguing and the skill of the author is evident in the voice of the narrator.... I loved it. I'm a huge fan and will have to read his other books ASAP.

A note on my reviews: I don't review the plot of the books I read and I keep them brief so as to avoid spoilers, etc. Personally, when I read books, I like to have little knowledge of the book, and I preserve that here.
